1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and enrolling in our programs (including Mission Cyber Force 5000), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Ethical Conduct & Responsibility

All students and users must adhere to the following rules:

• Do not use the training material to target, hack, or damage any network without written authorization.
• Respect the "Responsible Disclosure" policy when practicing on live environments.
• Users are solely responsible for their actions. Kian Technologies will not be held liable for any legal consequences arising from misuse.

3. Attendance & Academic Discipline

To maintain high academic standards and remain eligible for industry-recognized validation:

• 90% Attendance is compulsory for all modules, lab sessions, and internal assessments.
• Failure to maintain the required attendance may result in a suspension of lab access or a delay in course progression.

4. Enrollment, Fees & Installment Policy

By registering for any training or global certification at Kian Technologies, students strictly agree to the following financial terms:

• Registration & Installment Amount: All types of registration fees and subsequent installment payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Installment Structure: Fees can be divided into flexible installments payable over a maximum period of up to 6 months.
• Due Dates: Each installment payment must be cleared on or before the definitive due date mentioned explicitly on your initial fee receipt.
• Immediate Fee Receipts: An official system-generated fee receipt will be provided to the student immediately upon successful processing of any payment.
• Course Modification: Once registered for any specific course or global certification pathway, the registration cannot be cancelled, and structural course downgrades/decreases are strictly prohibited.

5. Promotional Schemes & Starter Kit Offers

All special promotional bundles, discounts, and kit distributions are conditional and subject to strict timeline adherence:

• Starter Kit Eligibility: The official Cyber Security Starter Kit is a limited-time promotional offer. It will be released and handed over to the student strictly upon the timely payment of due installments. Any payment default or delay voids eligibility for the kit.
• Delayed Joining/Buffer Period: Following official registration, if a student chooses not to join active batches immediately, a maximum buffer period of 3 months is permitted. The first installment must be cleared immediately upon the completion of these 3 months, failing which any applied promotional discounts or fee concessions will be permanently revoked.
• Reservation of Rights: In case of any running schemes, scholarships, or conditional offers, all structural and operational rights remain exclusively reserved by Kian Technologies.

6. Certification Issuance

Kian Technologies provides professional training and internship certificates upon program wrap-up. However, certificates cannot be processed or issued under any circumstances until all pending financial dues and final course fees are entirely cleared.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, walkthroughs, videos, and custom lab materials provided are the intellectual property of Kian Technologies. No part of the material may be reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate access to our portal or training programs if a user is found involved in unethical practices, plagiarism, or harassment within the academy community.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
