The club follows a structured leadership model with President, Vice President, and domain-specific teams including Technical, Event Management, IT Support, and Social Media. Students take ownership while being guided by experienced cybersecurity mentors.

This initiative is aligned with Mission Cyber Force 5000, a national-level vision to build skilled digital defenders by 2030. The club will act as a training ground for future cyber professionals.
